The ABS FOUR-SIDED CAP mold is thermoformed from 2.8 mm thick HI-IMPACT ABS. These molds are professional and calibrated, a feature that helps in the concrete pouring production process and especially in the installation of the concrete fence.

They withstand 300–600 pouring and demolding cycles. In this case, we recommend using the DECOFLOR ecological mineral release agent to extend the service life of the molds and obtain a high-quality finished product by eliminating bubbles and imperfections.

With ABS molds, concrete prefabricated elements can be cast using:

• Marble imitation
• Mosaic
• Granite imitation
