The Tomb Cover Mold is thermoformed from 2.8 mm thick ABS HIMPACT.
It withstands 300-600 casting and de-molding cycles, in which case we recommend using ecological DECOFLOR mineral to extend the life of the molds and achieve a high-quality finished product, eliminating air bubbles and imperfections.
In ABS molds, precast concrete elements can be cast using white or gray cement, marble imitation, mosaic, and granite imitation.
We offer our customers free casting recipes and working technologies.
We custom-make any funeral monument model and also produce the molds for these.
We have in stock: decofrol, water glass, iron oxides with UV protection, white sand, marble dust, and mosaic.
