The Grave Cap Mold is thermoformed from ABS HIMPACT with a thickness of 2.8 mm.

It withstands 300-600 casting and demolding cycles, in which case we recommend using eco-friendly mineral DECOFLOR to extend the lifespan of the molds and obtain a high-quality final product, eliminating bubbles and imperfections.

In ABS molds, prefabricated concrete elements can be cast using white or gray cement, with finishes resembling marble, mosaic, or granite imitation.

We provide our customers with FREE casting recipes and working technology.

We manufacture custom funeral monument models and also produce the molds for them.
