The ABS Cornice mold is thermoformed from 2.8 mm thick HIMPACT ABS. These plates are professionally CALIBRATED, a property that will assist in the production process of concrete casting and especially in the installation of concrete fences.

They withstand a cycle of 300-600 castings and de-moldings, in which case we recommend using ECOLOGICAL MINERAL DECOFLOR to extend the life of the molds and achieve a high-quality finished product by eliminating bubbles and imperfections.

ABS molds can be used to cast prefabricated concrete elements made from white or gray cement, marble imitation, mosaic, or granite imitation.

We provide our customers with casting recipes and working technology on our website. We custom-make any model of Cornice and also produce the molds for them.
