The ABS CORNICE mold is thermoformed from 2.8 mm HIMPACT ABS.
These plates are professionally CALIBRATED, a property that helps in the process of concrete casting production and especially in the installation of concrete fences.
They withstand 300-600 casting and de-molding cycles, in which case we recommend using the ecological mineral DecoFlor to extend the life of the molds and obtain a high-quality finished product, eliminating air bubbles and imperfections.
In ABS molds, prefabricated concrete elements can be cast with white or gray cement, marble imitation, mosaic, and granite imitation.
