The mold is thermoformed from 2.8 mm HIMPACT ABS.
It withstands 300-600 casting and de-molding cycles, in which case we recommend using the ecological mineral DecoFlor to extend the life of the molds and to obtain a high-quality finished product, eliminating air bubbles and imperfections.
In ABS molds, prefabricated concrete elements can be cast with white or gray cement, marble imitation, mosaic, and granite imitation.
We provide our clients with FREE casting recipes and working technology.
