The mold is thermoformed from 2.8 MM thick HIMPACT ABS.
It withstands 300-600 cycles of casting and stripping, in which case we recommend using the ecological mineral DECOFLOR to extend the life of the molds and achieve a high-quality finished product by eliminating bubbles and imperfections.
ABS molds can be used to cast precast concrete items with white or gray cement, marble imitation, mosaic, or granite imitation.
We provide our clients with the casting recipes and working technology FREE OF CHARGE.
