The ABS WELL COVER mold is thermoformed from 2.8 mm thick HIMPACT ABS. These sheets are professionally CALIBRATED, a feature that will assist in the concrete casting process and especially in the installation of concrete fences.
It withstands 300-600 casting and de-molding cycles, in which case we recommend using the ecological mineral DECOFLOR to extend the lifespan of the molds and obtain a high-quality finished product by eliminating air bubbles and imperfections.
In ABS molds, prefabricated concrete elements can be cast with white or gray cement, marble imitation, mosaic, and granite imitation.
