The ABS mold is manufactured by thermoforming 1.5 mm thick ABS Himpact, a durable and resistant material.

✔️ Supports between 150–300 casting and demolding cycles. For a longer service life, we recommend using eco-friendly mineral release agent (Decoflor). This helps achieve a high-quality finished product by eliminating bubbles and imperfections during the casting process.

Usage

ABS molds can be used to cast various types of concrete prefabricated products:

• with white or gray cement,
• marble imitation,
• mosaic,
• granite imitation.
