The ABS concrete fence post mold is thermoformed from 2.8 mm thick ABS Himpact. These plates are professionally calibrated, a property that helps in the concrete casting process and especially in the installation of concrete fences.

It withstands 200-400 cycles of casting and de-molding, in which case we recommend using eco-friendly Decoflor to extend the lifespan of the molds and achieve a high-quality finished product by eliminating bubbles and imperfections.

In ABS molds, concrete prefabricates can be cast using white or gray cement to obtain:

• Granite imitation
