The ABS Mold for Concrete Fence Post is thermoformed from 2.8 mm thick ABS Himpact. These plates are professional CALIBRATED, a property that helps in the process of concrete casting, especially when assembling concrete fences.

It withstands a cycle of 200-400 castings and de-moldings, in which case we recommend using the ecological mineral DECOFLOR to extend the life of the molds and ensure a high-quality finished product, eliminating bubbles and imperfections.

In the ABS molds, concrete prefabricates can be cast using white or gray cement, achieving finishes such as:
