The ABS CONCRETE FENCE POST mold is thermoformed from 2.8 MM thick HIMPACT ABS. These plates are professionally CALIBRATED, a property that will assist in the concrete casting process and especially in the installation of the concrete fence.
It withstands 200-400 cycles of casting and stripping; in this case, we recommend using the ecological mineral DECOFLOR for extending the mold life and achieving a high-quality finished product with the elimination of bubbles and imperfections.
ABS molds can be used to cast prefabricated concrete elements with white or gray cement, marble imitation, mosaic, or granite imitation.
