Material and Construction:

• The mold is thermoformed from ABS Himpact with a thickness of 2.8 mm. These plates are professionally calibrated, which helps in the concrete casting process and especially in the assembly of concrete fences.

Durability:

• These molds can withstand 200-400 casting and demolding cycles. To extend the lifespan of the molds and achieve a high-quality finished product, we recommend using Decoflor, an ecological mineral release agent that helps eliminate air bubbles and imperfections.
