The ABS Concrete Fence Panel Mold is thermoformed from ABS Himpact with a thickness of 2.8 MM. These panels are calibrated professional quality, which helps in the production process of concrete casting, especially for concrete fence assembly.

IMPORTANT:
These posts with models on both sides require a special metal frame for production.
This frame is available in stock, and for correct product testing and prototyping, we recommend purchasing 1 piece.

Characteristics:

• Durability: The mold withstands 200-400 cycles of casting and stripping. For extending the lifespan of the molds and achieving a high-quality final product, we recommend using Decoflor eco-mineral. This helps eliminate air bubbles and imperfections.
• Usage: In the ABS molds, prefabricates made from white or gray cement can be cast to create:Marble imitation
