The ABS IPSOS mold is thermoformed from 1.5 mm thick HI-IMPACT ABS. These panels are professional and calibrated, a feature that helps in the concrete pouring production process and especially in the installation of concrete fencing.

The 3D MOLD FOR DECORATIVE PANELS FOR INTERIOR DESIGN is thermoformed from 1.5 mm thick HI-IMPACT ABS.

It withstands 250–500 pouring and demolding cycles. In this case, we recommend using DECOFLOR release agent to extend the service life of the molds.

With ABS molds, IPSOS (gypsum-based material) can be cast using white or gray cement, or cement in various colors by using iron oxides with UV protection.
