The ABS mold CONCRETE FENCE PANEL is thermoformed from 2.8 mm thick HI-IMPACT ABS. These panels are professional and calibrated, a feature that helps in the concrete pouring production process and especially in the installation of the concrete fence.

The mold is composed of two parts and is fastened with 21 screws, which are included in the price.

IMPORTANT:
These molds are designed for vertical casting in special casting frames. Without such a frame, it is not possible to produce a concrete fence panel with a pattern on both sides.

We recommend purchasing a casting frame to create a prototype panel, which can be used for pouring and testing and later duplicated.

• Frames for 6 panels, all with double-sided patterns

FEATURES:
The ABS mold for a double-sided concrete fence panel is thermoformed from HI-IMPACT ABS, with a thickness of 2.8 mm.

It withstands 300–600 pouring and stripping cycles.

To extend the service life of the molds and obtain high-quality finished products, we recommend using the Decoflor ecological mineral release agent, which eliminates bubbles and other imperfections.
