The ABS mold CONCRETE FENCE PLATE is thermoformed from 2.8 mm thick Himpact ABS. These plates are professional and calibrated, a feature that helps in the concrete pouring process and, in particular, in the installation of the concrete fence.

They withstand 300–600 pouring and stripping cycles. In this case, we recommend using DECOFLOR ecological mineral release agent to prolong the life of the molds and achieve a high-quality finished product, eliminating bubbles and imperfections.

With ABS molds, it is possible to pour concrete prefabricates using:

• White or gray cement
• Marble imitation
• Mosaic
• Granite imitation
