The molds for concrete plates and posts are made from HI-IMPACT ABS.

The ABS mold CONCRETE FENCE POST is thermoformed from 2.6 mm thick HI-IMPACT ABS.

It withstands 150–300 pouring and stripping cycles. In this case, we recommend the use of DECOFLOR ecological mineral release agent to extend the service life of the molds and to obtain a high-quality finished product by eliminating bubbles and imperfections.

With ABS molds, concrete prefabricated elements can be cast using:

• White or gray cement
• Marble imitation
• Mosaic
• Granite imitation

We provide our customers FREE OF CHARGE with pouring recipes and working technology.

We custom-make any model of 3D MOLD FOR CONCRETE PREFABRICATES and also manufacture the molds for it.

We have in stock: release agent (decofrol), sodium silicate (water glass), iron oxides with UV protection, white sand, marble powder, and mosaic, AVAILABLE DIRECTLY ON OUR WEBSITE.

Service life: The mold withstands over 150 concrete pours, provided it is properly maintained using release agent.
