The mold is thermoformed from 2.8 mm thick HIMPACT ABS. It withstands a cycle of 300-600 castings and de-moldings, in which case we recommend using ECOLOGICAL MINERAL DECOFLOR to extend the life of the molds and achieve a high-quality finished product by eliminating bubbles and imperfections.

ABS molds can be used to cast prefabricated concrete elements made from white or gray cement, marble imitation, mosaic, or granite imitation. We provide our customers with free casting recipes and working technology.

We custom-make any model of funeral monument and also produce the molds for them.
