The shape is thermoformed from 2.6 MM thick ABS HIMPACT.

It withstands 300-600 casting and demolding cycles, in which case we recommend using DECOFLOR ecological mineral release agent to extend the lifespan of the molds and achieve a high-quality final product, eliminating bubbles and imperfections.

ABS molds can be used to cast concrete prefabricates with white or gray cement, marble imitation, mosaic, or granite imitation.

We provide our customers with FREE casting recipes and working technology.

We custom-make any model of funerary monument and also produce the molds for them.
