The ABS PLINTH mold is thermoformed from 2.8 mm thick ABS HIMPACT. These plates are professional CALIBRATED, a property that will help in the process of concrete casting and especially in the installation of concrete fences. They withstand a cycle of 300-600 castings and de-moldings, in which case we recommend using the ecological DECOFLOR to extend the life of the molds and obtain a high-quality finished product with the elimination of bubbles and imperfections. Concrete prefabricates can be cast in ABS molds using white or gray cement, marble imitation, mosaic, granite imitation. You can find the recipes and casting technologies on our website.
