The Drain Mold is thermoformed from 2.8 mm thick ABS HIMPACT.
These plates are professional CALIBRATED, a feature that assists in the production process of concrete casting, especially in the installation of concrete fences.
It withstands 300-600 casting and de-molding cycles, in which case we recommend using ecological DECOFLOR mineral to extend the life of the molds and achieve a high-quality finished product, eliminating air bubbles and imperfections.
In ABS molds, precast concrete elements can be cast using white or gray cement, marble imitation, mosaic, and granite imitation.
