The ABS UMBRELLA STAND shape is thermoformed from 2.8 MM thick HIMPACT ABS. These professional calibrated sheets facilitate the concrete casting production process, especially for mounting concrete fences.

They withstand 300-600 casting-demolding cycles, in which case we recommend using DECOFLOR ecological mineral release agent to extend the mold's lifespan and achieve a high-quality final product by eliminating bubbles and imperfections.

ABS molds can be used to cast concrete prefabricates with white or gray cement, marble imitation, mosaic, and granite imitation. You can find casting recipes and technologies on our website.
