The PILLAR MONUMENT mold is thermoformed from ABS HIMPACT with a thickness of 2.8 mm.

It withstands 300-600 casting and demolding cycles. In this case, we recommend using DECOFLOR mineral ecological release agent to extend the lifespan of the molds and achieve a high-quality finished product by eliminating bubbles and imperfections.

ABS molds can be used to cast precast concrete elements with white or gray cement, marble imitation, mosaic, or granite imitation.

We provide our clients FREE casting recipes and working technology.

We also custom-make any model of funeral monument and produce the molds for them.
