The MONUMENT POST mold is thermoformed from 2.8 MM thick HIMPACT ABS.
It withstands 300-600 cycles of casting and stripping; in this case, we recommend using the ecological mineral DECOFLOR for extending the mold life and achieving a high-quality finished product with the elimination of bubbles and imperfections.
ABS molds can be used to cast prefabricated concrete elements with white or gray cement, marble imitation, mosaic, or granite imitation.
We provide our customers with FREE casting recipes and working technology.
