The mold is thermoformed from 2.8 mm thick ABS HIMPACT.
It withstands 300-600 casting and de-molding cycles, in which case we recommend using ecological DECOFLOR mineral to extend the life of the molds.
In ABS molds, precast concrete elements can be cast using white or gray cement, marble imitation, mosaic, and granite imitation.
We provide our customers with free casting recipes and working technologies.
We make custom models of funeral monuments and also produce the molds for these.
