Right of Withdrawal a. In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without providing a reason within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the products. b. Conditions for Returning Products a. Products must be returned in the condition in which you received them, with the original packaging, and all accessories, documents, labels, and instructions included, unless the damage is due to the normal use of the product. b. Any damage or excessive wear of the returned products, beyond what could be considered normal use of the product, may lead to a reduction in the amount to be refunded.
Return Procedure a. After receiving the withdrawal notification, you will receive a reference number and instructions regarding the return address. b. Please send the products to the indicated address using a shipping service with acknowledgment of receipt. c. The return shipping costs may be borne by the consumer, except in cases where the returned products are defective or an incorrect product was delivered.
