The ABS HIMPACT molds for concrete photovoltaic panel supports are thermoformed from 2.8 mm ABS sheets. These molds can withstand over 100 casting and demolding cycles. We recommend using an eco-friendly mineral release agent to extend the mold’s lifespan and ensure a high-quality finished product. This modern system is also used for covering concrete fence posts.

We provide free casting recipes and working procedures, available on our website formeabs.ro, along with release agents, water glass, sodium silicate, color oxides, marble powder, mosaic granules of various sizes, and more.

These molds allow you to cast concrete in different colors. The prefabricated elements are easy to produce, require no prior experience, and do not need a vibrating table.
