The ABS RIBBED PANEL mold is thermoformed from 2.8 MM thick ABS HIMPACT.
These are professionally CALIBRATED sheets, a feature that facilitates the concrete casting process and especially the installation of concrete fences.

The mold withstands 300–600 casting and demolding cycles. We recommend using DECOFLOR, an ecological mineral release agent, to extend the life of the molds and obtain a high-quality finished product free of bubbles and imperfections.

Casting options:
These ABS molds can be used to cast concrete prefabricates with white or gray cement, as well as to create:

• Marble imitation
• Mosaic
• Granite imitation
